Lisa is super fast and exactly how you want it to be, she is really great

The water bottle looks good, all the 250 sets arrived as expected. The customer service was great. However the packaging and shipment were disappointing: 1) The entire order (250 units) wasn't properly packed by the manufacturer. The big corner protectors previously requested by me to avoid damaging during the transportation weren't added inside the cartons. 2) The cartons arrived extremely full and tight damaging, smashing, and dirtying 73 units of the 250 packages ordered so far. Meaning that 73 boxes are going to trash as our team will not ship damage boxes to our customers 3) Even though my product's packaging was well printed, the packaging itself was made by a very thin paper, what further contributed to tear and damage them.
